Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using ProteinAI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ProteinAI is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the extent required by Apple.

2. The service

ProteinAI helps you track daily protein intake by estimating protein from meal photos using AI. Estimates are approximate and for informational purposes only. ProteinAI is not medical advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional dietary or health guidance.

3. Accounts

You may use ProteinAI without an account. If you Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile > Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions (ProteinAI Pro)

ProteinAI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock features such as unlimited AI meal scans. Subscription title, length, and price are shown in the app purchase screen before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ProteinAI, attempt to reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

ProteinAI, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Echo London or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard EULA.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI protein estimates may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo London is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ProteinAI.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ProteinAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
